Please use the following Copyright credit on your Scrapbook kit or Layout in your credits in the TOU:

All my items are Commercial Use (CU) which means you can use them with elements for a kit and re-sell the kit. You may use up to 30% of my items in a kit.  I would prefer no more. They are also Personal Use (PU) which means you can use them how you wish so long as they do not violate any of the TOU below. Thank you...

When purchased through me a Personal Licenses will be issued and sent with the first pak. In addition I will keep a data base of License number, Name, and Email...

You are allowed to: 

1. You may use and/or incorporate and/or alter the content (i.e. color, texture, re-size etc...) in your personal digital scrap-booking layout/hybrid projects, unless otherwise stated. (Already colored, no. Black & White/Gray Scale, yes.)

2. You may add to your scrap booking needs.

3. You may copy graphic files to a backup computer off line for personal use.

4. You may upload finished and flattened digital layout to online gallery or community.

5. You may make Layouts, Quick pages, Timeline banners, Blog headers and Blog layouts as long as proper credit is giving by putting a link to my blog and the use of your Personal License at the shop I sell them at.

6. You may create digital scrap-booking layout for sell in a scrapbook kit.

7. You may use graphic elements in layouts and other craft projects that are submitted to scrap-booking magazines for publication, online galleries, or other non-retail web communities, as long as proper credit is given to the designer by name, including credit notice of any graphic you have altered in any way.

Things you are not allowed to do:

1. You may not transform the graphic into a clip art, brush, mask and re-sell it. 

2. You may not alter the color or pattern on colored papers.

3. You may not alter the DPI/PPI down from 300 DPI on any image.

4. You may not upload to another site for free. That is stealing and not nice.

5. You may not use the content for any harmful, pornographic or racial material or material that may be readily deemed as harmful or offensive to person or groups.

6. You may not use all or part of the graphics as part of promotions and or branding.

7. You may not offer any graphic on any website for download, nor send any graphic to email list, internet communities, Yahoo Groups, or any other outlet without written permission from SignS.

8. You may not distribute, sell, or claim these graphics as your own (altered or unaltered).

9. You may not reproduce any graphics into other formats for distribution including, but no limited to, embroideries, stamps, software icons or elements, business web pages, eBay product pages or eBay about me pages, or other retail outlets (traditional and web) without written permission from SignS.
